These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoadBlok (the "Service"), operated by BLACKSTONE VISION ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
LoadBlok is a digital platform that provides container loading, truck loading, and shipping-related calculation tools, including space planning, fit estimation, weight review, and cargo arrangement visualizations. The Service is intended to help users evaluate shipment options more efficiently before booking, packing, or loading operations take place.
All results, diagrams, and recommendations generated by the Service are based on information entered by the user and on internal calculation logic built around generalized assumptions, simplified logistics models, and standard dimensional relationships. Because real shipment conditions vary, outputs should always be reviewed independently before operational use.
The Service is provided for informational, planning, and preliminary evaluation purposes only. It does not constitute engineering advice, safety advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, customs advice, freight consulting, or any other form of licensed or professional service.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing whether any output is appropriate for your actual cargo, packaging method, loading environment, transport mode, route conditions, warehouse practices, carrier restrictions, and local legal requirements. Final responsibility for load planning, safety, compliance, and shipment execution remains with you and any professionals, carriers, or service providers involved in the transaction.
All outputs generated by LoadBlok are estimates only. Real-world loading outcomes may differ materially from what is shown in the Service due to factors that may not be fully captured by the calculation logic or user inputs.
You are responsible for validating all measurements, quantities, weights, and assumptions before relying on any output in a commercial, operational, or safety-related context.
By using the Service, you agree that you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you enter. You also agree that any decision made using the Service remains your responsibility, including shipment planning, packaging choices, equipment selection, loading sequence, and carrier communication.
Unless otherwise stated, the Service, its design, branding, software structure, text, graphics, calculation logic, visual layout, and related content are owned by BLACKSTONE VISION and are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, reverse engineer, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of defects, or suitable for every use case. We also do not warrant that the results generated by the Service will meet your expectations or operational requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLACKSTONE VISION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This limitation applies whether a claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, and applies even if we were advised that such damages were possible. In all cases, you use the Service at your own risk and with full responsibility for operational verification.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update features, calculations, page structures, design elements, or content in order to improve the Service, address technical issues, or respond to operational or legal considerations.
We are not liable for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience arising from service interruptions, feature changes, or the removal of specific tools or outputs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
